Charles Dye

Chief Consultant: Hard Disk Life
Multi platinum Grammy-winning engineer, mixer and producer Charles Dye has dedicated his life to the art of audio production. After becoming the first mixer to have a #1 hit mixed entirely inside the box, he went on to tour the world teaching his hard earned skills. He coined the phrase Hard Disk Life and set out to help other DAW users create great music. Charles now oversees all intellectual content for our HdL division.
Sean is the consummate artist. With a background as a studio player and technical scholar, he is always ready to add sheen to a project. In high school he built his own distortion pedal from an Ibanez schematic and his creative world took off from there. Whether working as a recording engineer, electrical engineer, teaching MIDI recording & guitar at clinics or perfecting his own neoclassical instrumental compositions, Sean is always at the top of his game.

__e of Sound of Ether Studios brings the cutting edge, dance/house flavor to Kagi Medias productions. When he's not engineering kernel-mode software in Redmond, he is chained to a variety of synths and samplers creating insane beats forever! You need it fresh? No problem, __e sometimes breaks all the rules and mixes on concert hall mains!! Now they are dancing!
